The deal

Buildmorphic is free and offered as it is, with no promise that it will be up and no promise that it will be here forever. Keep your own copy of anything you care about.

What you may push

Source you have the right to publish, under a licence you have chosen. Text files, small images and fonts. Not installers, archives, media files or anything else dressed up as source.

Nothing illegal, nothing malicious, and nothing that exists only to use this site as free storage. Accounts doing that are removed.

Your work stays yours

You keep the copyright. By publishing here you allow the site to store your files and show them to visitors, which is the whole purpose. Anyone else's rights to your work come from the licence you picked, not from us.

Behaviour

Chat is for building. A report button sits on every message. Three reports hide a message on their own, but a strike against an account only lands when an administrator agrees with the report. Enough strikes and the account is banned.

Limits

Storage, file sizes, project counts and push rates are capped, and the current numbers are on the connect page. They can be raised for someone who genuinely needs more, and lowered if the site is being abused.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms. If you disagree with either, see Complaints.
