Using this site

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. The text, layout, code, logo and name are ours. Please do not copy the site as a whole, present its contents as your own work, or use our name in a way that suggests we are involved in something we are not.

Nothing here is a price

We publish no prices or price bands, and nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. Every job is priced on its own, in writing, once we know what it involves. Only a written quote from us is binding, and it says what is included and when it will be finished.

The terms the work runs on

The contract for any piece of work is the quote you accept, together with any written agreement signed with it. In summary:

  • The price is fixed before we start. Nothing changes without your say-so, in writing.
  • The quote carries the completion date.
  • Bugs are fixed free for thirty days after handover.
  • Your systems are backed up daily, and a live system that is down goes ahead of everything else in the queue.
  • You own the code and the data, and you get an export for all of it.

The quote is the authoritative version of all of this. If anything here and anything there disagree, the quote applies.

Accuracy

We keep these pages current and correct them when we find something wrong. We cannot promise the site is free of error, and we may change what is on it at any time.

Other sites

Where we link to somewhere else, including the products we have built and the Companies House record, we are not responsible for what is on the other end of the link.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, which includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website. Liability for the work we do for you is dealt with in your contract, not here.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
